To register your APT or HRPT station with the WMO, there is an on-line form
at the WMO WWW homepage - http://www.wmo.ch/

Select "World Weather Watch" in the Major WMO Program group, then
select "satellites" then
select "Latest Status if Satellite Ground Receiving Equipment" then
select "Register your receiver equipment with WMO"

OR

go directly to http://www.wmo.ch/hinsman/satsun2.html. It's much easier !!!
