You will need Helper Applications to view TIFF, MPEG, QuickTime, or PDF formats. Many of our images are large, and in TIFF format, for scientific applications, with technical information in the comment field inside TIFF images. For science processing of TIFF images, try MultiSpec from Purdue University, a remote sensing image processor for Mac and Windows platforms. QuickTime movie players are now available for a most platforms.
