There are 8 Full-Earth scans per day, occuring once every 3 hours, at 0245, 0545, 0845, 1145, 1445, 1745, 2045, and 2345 UTC, replacing the Canada-to-Brazil frames and supeseding the small CONUS and South American frames.
There also are 4 housekeeping episodes per day, each taking 10 minutes, scheduled at 0035, 0635, 1235, and 1835 UTC, supeseding the small South American frames at those times.
During Eclipse seasons, from mid-Feb to mid-Apr and from mid-Aug to mid-Oct, the system shuts down for 2 to 3 hours around local midnight, 0500 UTC.
There are a variety of maneuvers that affect Image Navigation and Registration (INR), including the 4 housekeeping episodes. Twice a year, mid-winter and mid-summer, the orbital inclination is corrected, which is a major perturbation to the INR system for a few days.
